The Fitzroy Programme of Readers and Word Skills is not just an ordinary set of storybooks and written activities with some phonics hints thrown in, it is a systematic phonics programme; graded and colour-coordinated according to the level of difficulty. Each child will know how they are progressing giving them a successful feeling of achievement.

From a family of over a hundred thousand English words, it is almost impossible to teach each and every one of them to a child!
